As you will see in the pictures, some trailers will be at the limits of what the truck's wheelbase will allow. The width of the trailer and the king pin extension will need to be evaluated on an individual basis. The following pieces of information will assist in determining compatibility of your trailer with the Ford F-150 Super Crew (See Product Bulletin):

1. Width of trailer.  Simply measure the distance from one side of the trailer to the other.

2. Placement of King Pin in relation to the leading edge of the trailer.  If you were to drop a plum bob off the top of the trailer so that the string would be even with the farthest out point on the trailer, what is the distance from the string to the center of the king pin? Is the king pin sticking out in front of the trailer or is it recessed under the trailer?

3. Are the corners of the trailer rounded or squared off?
